Christmas Party 2025
Here is our aftermovie of the big Christmas Party 2025. Together with our employees from the head office in Neuss and all team coordinators from all over Germany, we celebrated at the Pegelbar – with delicious food, good music, and lots of great conversations.
And yes... we really rocked the place! An evening full of energy, fun, and genuine camaraderie.
We toasted to a successful year—successful because every single employee does a great job every day.

IHK award for 7 years of success
The Agentur für Haushaltshilfe was delighted to receive the IHK certificate from Jürgen Steinmetz, CEO of the IHK Mittlerer Niederrhein. The award recognizes the company's seven-year success story – from its founding in 2018 to mid-2025, with over 6,000 employees at more than 700 locations throughout Germany.

Summer Party 2025
What a day! Over 500 colleagues from all over Germany rocked our headquarters in Neuss. Food trucks, cocktails, long drinks, music, and a DJ who didn't give us a break.
Under the motto “Because we feel most at home,” we danced, laughed, and celebrated—right where it all began: in Neuss, our origin and heart.
A huge THANK YOU to everyone who was there for your energy, your solidarity, and your good spirits. You are the reason why we are not just colleagues, but a truly great team.
Neuss Summer Night Run 2025
The Agentur für Haushaltshilfe took part in the 41st Neuss Summer Night Run again this year – and despite the persistent rain, the atmosphere was simply fantastic. Over 3.000 runners took part, accompanied by enthusiastic groups who were there to cheer them on along the route.
Wet but happy finishers and the collective commitment made the evening an unforgettable experience. A big thank you to all participants and helpers who made this run a special event.
Höffner Run 2025
Mission accomplished! The Höffner Run 2025 in Neuss was a great success – and our team was right in the middle of it. Participating were Kira and Stefan from the headquarters, District Manager Jan from Düsseldorf, and Stephan from Cologne.
The motivation was palpable even before the start: every step and challenge was tackled together. After crossing the finish line, one thing was clear: pride in their achievement, satisfaction from the shared experience, and a little bit out of breath.
The Höffner Run once again demonstrated what makes our company special: team spirit, collaboration, and the joy of achieving something together. Experiences like this not only strengthen personal resilience but also enhance team cohesion and motivation to tackle new goals.
Spring Party 2025
The spring weather was perfect for celebrating together at the headquarters in Neuss. With a barbecue, good conversation, and a relaxed atmosphere, one thing took center stage: team spirit. The spring festival was the perfect opportunity to get together outside of the everyday work routine, exchange ideas, and enjoy the start of the warm season.
Many thanks to everyone who made this day possible and filled it with life – anticipation for the summer party was already high.
SiTELA e.V. Project in Tanzania
Shower room, cistern, new houses – real change in Tanzania. Do you remember? In February 2025, we had the opportunity to present Lilly from SiTELA e.V. with a donation check. Now, just a few months later, three houses have been built, a 5.000-liter cistern has been installed at a school, and separate sanitary facilities for women have been created—for more privacy, more protection, and more dignity. Lilly visited Tanzania to see the new buildings for herself.
And we couldn't resist sending a little greeting too: our Ape is now traveling internationally.
The local people are infinitely grateful. For them, a stable home means more than just a roof over their heads. It means security, hope, and a future.
We are proud of our team and of a management that not only makes social commitment possible, but lives it. Together, we are making a difference.
